Dr. Nancy Jackson, ACS President Elect
Dr. Nancy B. Jackson Albuquerque NM

While the Chair of the Committe on Minority Affairs, Nancy shared the dais with General Colin Powell. Gen. Powell spoke at the symposium in Washington D.C. in August 1999.

I have been a member of the American Chemical Society (ACS) for nearly 30 years. ACS membership has allowed me to network with chemical professionals who have helped me in a myriad of ways from making valuable business contacts to getting sage advice for writing proposals.

As President, I would work to continue to make the Society vibrant and valuable to its members now and into the future.
